We are always working to improve and we value every member, including our players, volunteer coaches, and division managers. Without the amazing support from our volunteers, our program wouldn't be as successful as it is.

Our club has a policy on team standings in Regular House League games. We believe that player development should not be judged solely based on team standings. Instead, we prioritize individual progress and development, which aligns with the FQSF and many other clubs in our area. While competition is still important, our main focus is on the developmental aspect of the sport. We still encourage teams to play to win, but promoting the growth of each player is our number one goal. For U-14 to U-21 age groups, we will continue to have post-season playoffs.
