We ensure coaches align with club values and goals. The technical director fosters a supportive environment and engages coaches.

Development is key
The director offers coaching programs, courses, workshops, and mentoring for all technical staff.

COACHING PATHWAY

The coaching program certifies our coaches to teach different age groups. The Canadian Soccer Association and Quebec Soccer Federation provide guidelines for licenses. Coaches get certified through the CSA and the club covers course expenses.
